About the Trainer:
YASSER TOUSSON is the Managing Director – Finance for Apache Egypt Companies. He has been with Apache since 1990 and has over 25 years of oil and gas industry consulting experience. Yasser specializes In Production Sharing Contract (PSC) accounting, auditing and taxation. He has vast experience in dealing With National Oil Companies in negotiating PSC and other commercial deals. He also designs and conducts courses and seminars relating to Accounting and Finance. Yasser graduated from Cairo University in 1984 with a major in accounting and has a Masters degree in Public Administration as well as a diploma in Modern Accounting. He received his CPA certificate from the State of California and is a member of the California State Society of CPAs. Yasser is also a member of other professional institutions such as the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors, Egyptian Society of Taxation, Institute of Internal Auditors (CIA), and a formal member of the Arab Society of Certify d Accountants (ASCA)
